Hi! I’m Kat — the founder of Evolving Unafraid.

 

My professional background is rooted in the mental health field, where I spent years supporting individuals through trauma, relationship challenges, confidence struggles, and identity shifts. Through that work, I realized something:

 

Insight alone doesn’t always create change.

 

Sometimes what people need isn’t more processing. They need clarity. Direction. Real-world tools. Space to act — while still being supported with care.

 

That’s where coaching comes in.

 

My approach is deeply trauma-aware. The trauma lens isn’t a buzzword — it shapes how I understand patterns in relationships, communication, confidence, intimacy, and self-trust.
